Sponsorship ads cannot be embedded as pre or post-roll standard commercial ads. Sponsorship ads are placed in all products review videos created during the term. Specific ad verbiage will be agreed upon by both parties before publishing. Sponsorship ads will not be specifically referenced as endorsed by PhoneDog LLC Monthly itemized video reporting and invoicing will be provided to client within 10 days of the end of the previous month (Payment NET 60)

Bonus Views: Each video will be considered to have a revenue generating lifespan of 4 months. Views after 4 months will not be counted as payable views (Meaning the marketing client will no longer pay for additional views beyond 4 months, though the video will continually be available on all distribution points).
