FORREST GUMP tells us a story about a man,who has mental problem,which is called ID by other people,lived through his whole life successfully and beautifully.In this film,Forrest Gump is simple,innocent,persistent and happy.He faces his life seriously,and gives happiness and rspect to his life.The film is lovely,because lovely Gump.He not only show us a wonderful man,but also tell us how to be ourselves in this complex modern world.
Classic films are classic,not because of the beautiful pictures or the pretty girl,but the theme.Theme is the soul of a film.Only if the theme is able to stand the test of time,we could say it is a classic.Classic films can always make you cry,no matter it is made in 1990s,1970s or 1940s,no matter the acters are wearing skirts,robes or suits,no matter the story is about princese or beggars.Because in humans world,minds are interlinked,consciences are nnclusive.
In films,the performance of the acters are important too.Like FORRET GUMP,Tom Hanks' perfect performance played an important role in making the GUMP be one of the most shining stars in film history.Also,he made himself my favorite acter.As for the number of female stars， Natalie Portman,with her beautiful performance in LEON --- THE PROFESSIONAL, is my favorite.Through all this years,she has never gave up,always creating vivid characters,which even makes me love her more.
