1. 英语回信的格式范文有哪些

1、信头

信头指的是发信人的地址和日期，但不要写发信人的姓名。地址写法与信封上地址的格式顺序相同。

在日期上，美国人采用“月、日、年”的顺序(如：August 2, 2013)，日与年之间有逗号;而英国人则多用“日、月、年”顺序，且日、月、年之间都不用逗号(如：2 August 1982)。

2、称呼

收信人的称呼写在信纸左侧，在信内地址一至两个行距下(若无信内地址，则向上推至信首)。 一般来说在收信人的名字和尊称前加上惯用词Dear，例如：

Dear Ms Liu, Dear Professor Chen等。 正文 这是书信的主要部分。在写公务信件的时候，应该力求开门见山，语言简洁，层次清晰，重点突出。在给亲友写信的时候，尽量做到态度热情、语言简练。

3、结束语

与汉语的书信一样，英语书信也需要一个客套的结束语，内容和格式都比较单一固定：结束语的第一个字母总是大写，后面用逗号。

若写给比较陌生的对象或者公务信件常常用“Yourself turly”,“YoursFaithfully”, “yours sincerely”，在美国经常省略Yours，直接用Sincerely一词；若写给上级、长者或者老师，常用“Yours respectfully”等。

4、签名

写信人在一般都应该在信件的结尾处亲笔签名。如果是给陌生人写信，女性朋友在打印签名的时候都用括号注上“Mrs.”或“Miss”，这样对方就知道怎么称呼你。

格式包括日期、称呼语、正文、结束语，具体如下：
