如果網上有, 我一般用google, 關鍵詞是電影名加一個字

比如,查找Friends, 查找關鍵詞就是

一般只要有就可以查找到的

許多東西都可以用這種方法找到原文,當然裡面會有一些錯誤, 這要看你聽的時候有沒有水平能改正過來, 這些都是一些影迷們免費提供的, 再說, 也是為了避免版權的問題, 有些東西是故意錯的, 比如歌詞

順便說一下, 如果是查找歌詞, 一般要加上歌手名字, 比如
