1. 英語回信的格式範文有哪些

1、信頭

信頭指的是發信人的地址和日期，但不要寫發信人的姓名。地址寫法與信封上地址的格式順序相同。

在日期上，美國人採用「月、日、年」的順序(如：August 2, 2013)，日與年之間有逗號;而英國人則多用「日、月、年」順序，且日、月、年之間都不用逗號(如：2 August 1982)。

2、稱呼

收信人的稱呼寫在信紙左側，在信內地址一至兩個行距下(若無信內地址，則向上推至信首)。 一般來說在收信人的名字和尊稱前加上慣用詞Dear，例如：

Dear Ms Liu, Dear Professor Chen等。 正文 這是書信的主要部分。在寫公務信件的時候，應該力求開門見山，語言簡潔，層次清晰，重點突出。在給親友寫信的時候，盡量做到態度熱情、語言簡練。

3、結束語

與漢語的書信一樣，英語書信也需要一個客套的結束語，內容和格式都比較單一固定：結束語的第一個字母總是大寫，後面用逗號。

若寫給比較陌生的對象或者公務信件常常用「Yourself turly」,「YoursFaithfully」, 「yours sincerely」，在美國經常省略Yours，直接用Sincerely一詞；若寫給上級、長者或者老師，常用「Yours respectfully」等。

4、簽名

寫信人在一般都應該在信件的結尾處親筆簽名。如果是給陌生人寫信，女性朋友在列印簽名的時候都用括弧註上「Mrs.」或「Miss」，這樣對方就知道怎麼稱呼你。

6. 英語回信的格式

格式包括日期、稱呼語、正文、結束語，具體如下：

1、信紙的右上角寫上日期，如September 8，也常用簡寫Sep. 8；非正式的信件，年代常省略；正式的書信則不只會寫上年代，還會把發信者的住址寫在日期的上方。
